Eating a fruit grants the ability of the same name. These are its published moves:

“Burst total” adds the published damage of every non-M1 move on the card. It measures how much a full rotation puts out, not how good the fruit ability feels — cooldowns, range and hit windows are not in that number.
Which fruit is best?
On published numbers the comparison is close enough that your race matters more than your fruit: an ability scales with Damage Amplifier, so a Mythical race with +20% amp changes the ranking more than swapping one fruit for another. If you are choosing purely on the board's numbers, the fruit tier list lays out the burst totals side by side.
Do fruits despawn or drop from trees?
Not in this game. Fruits here are items obtained through the routes listed above — they are not world spawns on a timer the way they are in the older Legacy Piece experience or in Blox Fruits.
