Clans are the roll most players under-read: the tooltip in game shows the buff line but not the stack maths behind the passive. Below is every clan card from the official Trello with all three layers written out, so you can decide whether to spend Clan Rerolls from codes chasing a Legendary or keep the Epic you already have. Rankings live on the clan tier list; for the other two permanent rolls see races and traits.

Which clan is the best?
On raw numbers Berserker carries the highest ceiling of the documented clans — +28% Damage Amplifier and +35% Max HP before its Rage stacks, which add another +3% damage each up to ten stacks. But Berserker needs to be hit to ramp, so in tower runs where you are kiting, the flat +20% amp and +15% cooldown reduction on Okkotsu arrives immediately. Tekketsu, a Rare clan, is the outlier worth keeping: +25% Max HP and a stacking damage-reduction passive make it a genuinely usable survivability clan when you are under-levelled for a boss.

How to reroll your clan
Clan Rerolls come from three places: the in-game shop, boss drops, and codes. The current code list is unusually generous with them — several active codes hand out 500 Clan Rerolls each, which is enough to hunt a specific Legendary rather than settling. Rolling does not touch your race or trait; those are separate currencies.
