Most abilities are crafted at an NPC behind a rank gate plus a boss-only material, so the practical question is which boss you can already beat. The table pairs each ability's moveset with its unlock bill; the boss drop table tells you where the ingredients come from and at what rate.

Fruits are abilities here
Legacy Piece does not have a separate Devil Fruit system the way the older One Piece games do. The four fruit items — Light, Magma, Spin and Invisible — are consumables that grant the matching ability, which is why they appear both on the fruits page and in the ability table above. If you are hunting a "best fruit", you are really comparing four entries in this list.
Spec Tokens and ascension
Spec Tokens are the currency for swapping an ability without re-farming its materials, and Spec Ascension is the upgrade layer on top of an ability you already own. Both are covered under progression systems, along with enhancement, mastery and prestige.
